Talk show “Secrets of puberty”

During the growth process of each individual, surely we all have times when we are startled and ask ourselves the question: “When did I become an adult?”. To answer questions about this surprise, Vinsers Grades 4 and 5 are happy to participate in the talk show “Secrets of puberty” held at 8:00 – 9:15, May 13, 2024 at the Multipurpose room, Vinschool Grand Park Primary School.

Puberty is an important stage that everyone needs to go through. In addition to physical and physiological changes with many differences between men and women, the psychology of puberty is also an issue of concern for Vinsers. “100,000” questions were raised such as: What is the secret to effectively increasing height?; Why am I “shorter” than my classmates?; Acne is so ugly, how to get rid of it?; I like my classmate but my parents forbid it, what should I do?; … Puberty is so complicated and strange! However, the above difficult questions were easily answered through the very complete and witty answers of Mr. Le Minh Huan – Lecturer in the psychology department at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education and Doctor Thanh Binh – Doctor at Children’s Hospital 2.

After the talk show, Vinsers of Grades 4 and 5 were extremely excited because they had received a lot of useful knowledge to help them confidently enter their upcoming puberty period. How to keep your body clean, eat nutritious food combined with exercise, how to behave appropriately when having teenage love,… Adolescents, let’s shine together!
