Priority will be given to students enrolled in Vinschool kindergartens during the 2018-2019 school year to continue onto the 2019-2020 school year pursuant to age requirements provided students complete their current curriculum. Also, parents fulfill tuition duties for students in accordance with the financial regulations for both the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 school years.
– Priority enrollment will be given to children who are biological children, paternal/maternal grandchildren of owners of condos/villas and are living in Vinhomes urban areas built by Vingroup.
– Priority enrollment will also be given to children who are children of teachers, staff and employees working in the Vinschool network and Vingroup subsidiaries.
– All others will be enrolled dependent upon available slots.
For the 2019 – 2020 school year, Vinschool kindergartens will enroll children according to the following age groups:

3. Completing enrollment procedures: upon receipt of the notification of induction into Vinschool kindergarten, parents are kindly requested to submit their application and relevant fees as follows:
– 01 copy of student’s birth certificate (with red seal);
– 02 4×6 photos of student’s parents;
– 01 photocopy of parents’ ID;
– 02 4×6 photos of legal guardian (if any);
– 01 photocopy of legal guardian’s ID (if any);
– 01 photocopy of Household booklet containing information about the student;
– 01 photocopy of student’s unexpired health insurance (if any);
– 01 photocopy of student’s vaccination records;
– 01 photocopy of student’s birth certificate, and his/her siblings currently attending Vinschool in order to be eligible for tuition discount (if any).

When the students’ age does not appropriately match the grade or education stage, the school reserves the right to review and accept students pursuant to regulations applicable to primary schools and multitier primary and secondary schools.
Vinschool (primary, middle & high schools) has specific class sizes for its standard classes, capping at 30 students/class. Advanced classes are capped at 25 students/class across all facilities. ✔ Alvins to grade 1: students must satisfy the following requirements:
– Group 1: students have completed academic expectations for 5-year-old children, and is eligible to graduate to Vinschool’s grade 1.
– Group 2: students in need of additional support in terms of cognitive functions, language, psychological behaviors, health and the School Board of the Primary school will directly meet the students to assess suitability with Primary school’s criteria.
✔ Students graduating from Grade 5 to 6: students who have completed the primary school curriculum in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training who fulfills the following:
✔ Students graduating from Grade 9 to 10: students who have graduated from middle school in accordance with regulations from the Ministry of Education and Training who fulfills the following:
✔ Students currently enrolled transitioning to a new education stage within the network (Alvins to Grade 1, Grade 5 to 6, Grade 9 to 10) with a pass for the next education stage must fulfill all tuition requirements for the 2019-2020 school year and 2018-2019 school year (if unfulfilled) and other additional documentations within the deadline as informed by the School.
✔ Students currently enrolled in the network with results eligible for the next academic grade should fulfill all tuition requirements for the 2019-2020 school year and 2018-2019 school year (if unfulfilled) according to the timeline provided in the Financial Regulations.
