Vinsers Imperia bring ideas to life through the School Wellbeing Initiatives Program
The School Wellbeing Initiatives Program is a long-term journey dedicated to building a happy school environment—where every Vinser is heard, mentally supported, and inspired to grow each day.
Building on the values that have been nurtured and spread over the years, the 2025–2026 School Wellbeing Initiatives officially enter a new phase, opening up opportunities for ideas to continue being cultivated, brought to life, and creating positive impacts within the school community.
After two months of registration and implementation, many creative and meaningful initiatives were proposed and approved at the class level. Vinschool Imperia recorded a remarkable surge in both quantity and quality, with 415 initiatives approved, doubling the number from the previous school year. Notably, many group initiatives were registered, highlighting the strong teamwork spirit of Imperia Vinsers.
This year’s projects span all four wellbeing pillars, addressing practical needs in the school environment. Leading the way is the Emotional pillar (175 initiatives) with activities that nurture emotional wellbeing such as “Emotion Maps” and “Compliment Libraries.” This is followed by the Social pillar (117 initiatives), focusing on promoting reading culture and fostering civilized Vinser identities; alongside the Cognitive pillar (76 initiatives), enhancing self-learning skills; and the Physical pillar (47 initiatives), encouraging scientific and healthy lifestyles.
One of the most notable highlights this school year is the seamless integration of many initiatives into Global Citizenship, Life Skills & Character Education lessons, and homeroom sessions. This approach allows students not only to learn concepts, but also to see themselves reflected in the lessons—thereby developing communication skills, emotional regulation, and self-management in everyday life. In addition, students introduced interdisciplinary initiatives that apply advanced technology, such as “Using AR technology in mental wellbeing care.” These projects mark a promising starting point with potential for broader impact across grade levels, schools, and even the wider community.
Representing the Primary School, Vinser Nguyen Bao Son (Class 4A8) excitedly shared about his project:
“‘Me through my friends’ eyes’ is an initiative I had cherished for a long time. Implemented during Life Skills & Character Education lessons, this activity allows us to receive sincere compliments and constructive feedback from our classmates, helping us understand and appreciate ourselves more. Our whole class shares emotions, sets personal goals for change, and supports one another in personal growth.”
Vinser Nguyen Van Nghi (Class 12A2), President of the VINLEPIUS Psychology Club, shared the meaning behind the activity “DEAR ME – Letters to Myself”:
“Writing letters helps each student engage in self-dialogue to better understand their own aspirations. Receiving the letters again at the end of the year allows us to clearly see our personal growth after a long journey of effort, giving us strong motivation to keep moving forward.”
The Wellbeing Initiatives Program is not just a project—it is a long-term journey toward building a happy school at Vinschool, where every Vinser is heard, mentally supported, and inspired to grow every day.
