VINSCHOOL THE HARMONY SECONDARY & HIGH SCHOOL CAREER DAY 2025: MAPPING OUT CAREER PATHWAYS IN A CHANGING WORLD

How can we best prepare for a career journey in an ever-changing world?
At Career Day 2025, Vinsers from Vinschool The Harmony Secondary and High School had the opportunity to explore this very question alongside 11 industry experts from fields such as Education, Technology, Finance, Media, Architecture, Psychology, and more.

Through a series of panel discussions and 1-on-1 Q&A sessions, students were able to:

  • Decode the essence of 21st-century skills—from critical thinking and creativity to leadership—and learn how to systematically develop these competencies in alignment with their current learning and future career trends.

  • Understand that lifelong learning and adaptability are core capabilities essential for sustainable growth in an ever-evolving job market.

  • Discover how to turn their passions into a clear career path by identifying the intersection of personal interests, core strengths, and real-world market needs.

Vũ Phương Thảo, Class 11A2, shared:
“After the event, I feel completely confident in my career choice. I will dedicate 100% of my focus to pursuing the direction I’ve chosen.”

Vũ Cao Đức Duy, Class 12B4, added:
“Career Day helped me gain clearer insights into the subjects and career paths I’m passionate about, and it has shaped the direction I want to take in the future. Events like this truly provide a solid stepping stone as I prepare for the next chapter.”

Career Day was not just an event to explore career options—it was a valuable opportunity for students to receive sincere, practical advice from leading experts. Vinsers had the chance to engage in direct conversations, raising questions about future career trends, digital age skill requirements, and how to identify paths that align with their personalities and abilities.

Every concern was addressed with care, offering students realistic perspectives on careers and development in each field. These open, thoughtful discussions empowered them to see that thriving in the future requires more than knowledge—it demands initiative, skill-building, critical thinking, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
