1. Participants:

Parents, students, staff of Vinschool, Vinhomes residents, and running enthusiasts interested in the EDURUN run.

2. Content and Format

Participants will submit an entry in the form of a public post on their personal Facebook page. The post should include one or more photos accompanied by a written piece in Vietnamese or English, with a maximum length of 400 words.

The written content should reflect personal stories, meaningful experiences, or memorable moments related to past EDURUN events, or it can convey inspirational messages that emphasize the significance of running and EDURUN’s mission to reduce educational inequalities.

3. How to Participate

Step 1: Create and publish a post on your personal Facebook account, ensuring it is set to public. The post must include photos and text, along with the hashtags #DaisuEDURUN2024 and #EDURUN2024.
Step 2: Submit your entry information through the following registration form: https://forms.gle/GssZFxCkqMX9tQbZ7.

4. Competition Timeline

  • March 5–March 12: Contestants publish their entries on Facebook and register their submissions via the provided link.
  • March 13: The Top 15 outstanding entries, selected by the organizers, will be announced on the Vinschool fanpage.
  • March 13–March 17: A public voting period will take place for the Top 15 entries on the Vinschool fanpage. Votes (calculated as Likes/Loves + Shares) will be recorded until 5:00 PM, March 17.
  • March 18: The top 5 winners will be announced based on a scoring system: 60% from the judging panel and 40% from public votes.

5. Awards

  • The authors of the most outstanding entries will each receive a GeneMap Basic genetic decoding package (for adults) valued at 4,800,000 VND, sponsored by GeneStory, our Silver Sponsor.
  • The top 5 winners will be named EDURUN 2024 Ambassadors and invited to participate in the offline event on March 24, as well as ambassadorial activities.

6. Judging Criteria

  • Presentation: Submissions must follow the contest guidelines, with visually impactful and engaging accompanying images.
  • Content: Submissions should align with the theme and rules, showcasing original and meaningful content. Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. Entries that reference external content, images, or data must provide appropriate citations. The story should convey impactful, inspirational messages that resonate with EDURUN’s core values, promoting health, education, and community development.

7. Additional Regulations

  • Participants must ensure their entries are original and do not infringe upon the intellectual property of others. Contestants bear full responsibility for any copyright disputes, both before and after receiving the prize.
  • Each Facebook account may submit only one entry. Entries showing evidence of vote manipulation (e.g., artificial boosting of likes/shares) will be disqualified.
  • The organizers reserve the right to use submitted content and participant information for promotional and educational purposes.
  • Rules and regulations are subject to modification at the organizers’ discretion before the contest concludes.
  • In the event of disputes, the organizers’ decisions are final and binding.

This contest is an opportunity to share impactful narratives and foster a deeper appreciation of EDURUN’s values while celebrating the spirit of running and its positive effects on health, education, and community growth.
