To support parents during this stage, Vinschool warmly invites you to attend Seminar #3: “Transformative Parenting”, part of the Responsive Parenting – Season 2 series.

Time: 9:00 AM, Saturday, March 28, 2026
Venue: Multi-purpose Hall, Vinschool Ocean Park 1 Primary School, Da Ton, Hanoi
Open to: All parents, both within and outside the Vinschool community

At the seminar, parents will:

1. Understand why they may feel “stuck”

  • Why familiar parenting approaches may no longer work as children grow older
  • Barriers that make it difficult for parents to change, even when they know change is necessary

2. Gain new perspectives on parenting

  • When change is needed and where to begin
  • How to move from emotional reactions to intentional connection

3. Explore a clear and practical pathway for change

  • Change does not require transforming everything at once — it starts with small but meaningful steps
  • Practical approaches that can be applied to everyday situations with children

The seminar will feature distinguished psychology experts:

  • Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Cam Tu – Lecturer, Faculty of Psychology and Education, Hanoi National University of Education – University of Education Sciences
  • Dr. Nguyen Trung Nghia, MD, MSc – Head of Psychiatry Department, Vinmec International General Hospital
  • Dr. Khuc Nang Toan – Director of School Psychology Program, Vinschool Education System

In addition, parents will have the opportunity to join in-depth workshops featuring interactive and practical exercises that can be applied at home:

  • Letting Go of Control, Keeping the Connection – When more control leads to greater distance
  • Active Listening – Helping children feel safe to share more
  • Bridging the Emotional Gap – Responding to children’s emotions effectively
  • When Differences Become Bridges, Not Barriers – Navigating differences between parents and children
  • Calm Minds, Strong Families – Building an emotionally safe family environment

We look forward to welcoming you to the seminar.
