[Responsive Parenting Season 2 – Stage 2] Vinschool Supports Parents In Building Inner Resilience Through A Series Of Workshops Across 19 Campuses

Wednesday, 11/03/2026, 14:03 (GMT+7)

From January to March 2026, parents across 19 Vinschool campuses nationwide participated in a series of hands-on parenting workshops in Stage 2 – “Parental Resilience” of the Responsive Parenting 2025–2026 journey.

Continuing with the “Emotional Map” theme of Responsive Parenting Season 2, the workshops went beyond knowledge-sharing sessions. They were designed as practical spaces where parents could gradually recognise the pressures within their parenting journey and develop self-recovery skills, helping them maintain emotional and mental stability while accompanying their children’s growth.

With the guidance of Vinschool’s School Psychology specialists, the workshops combined applied psychology insights with practical exercises to strengthen parent–child connections while nurturing parents’ energy and resilience in their parenting roles. Through activities that help identify “blind spots” in interactions or reflect on the pressure of being a “perfect parent”, participants gained new perspectives and practical tools to reduce the risk of parental burnout. At the same time, they practised empathetic communication skills to ease tensions and strengthen family bonds.

“Through the ‘Speak Clearly, Understand Deeply’ workshop, I learned to put myself in my child’s position to understand what my child truly needs. Once I understood that, I realised that even small changes in communication could make our relationship much closer.”
— Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam, Vinschool Star City parent

“The ‘Interaction Blind Spots’ workshop helped me realise that children’s behaviours should not be labelled as their personality. The communication techniques were clearly guided by the psychology specialists, and parents can apply them immediately in daily life.”
— Ms. Pham Thi Vy Yen, Vinschool Golden River parent

To revisit the practical exercises from the Stage 2 workshops, parents are welcome to join the dedicated Vinschool parent group “Responsive Parenting”.

Launched in 2024, the Responsive Parenting programme aims to equip parents with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to confidently navigate their parenting journey. The programme is organised by the Vinschool School Psychology Department in collaboration with experienced psychology experts, offering multiple forms of support for parents, including seminars, workshops, and the online discussion and consultation group Responsive Parenting on Facebook.

In Season 2 (Academic Year 2025–2026), the programme is designed around the “Emotional Map” framework, following a thoughtful three-stage journey that helps parents restore balance within themselves while nurturing a strong and loving connection with their children.
While Stage 1 focuses on cultivating parents’ personal happiness and inner calm, Stage 2 emphasises strengthening inner resilience and self-recovery — an essential foundation for parents to remain steady and supportive amid the pressures and challenges of modern life.
