Despite long and intense hours of the competition, and thanks to the confidence & proactivity gained from studying at the GATE Center, the Vinsers achieved great results.

The contest has 3 main rounds: Presentation of a research project, the project’s core values, and a robot game challenge.

In the robot programming category, the STEM team from Vinschool Ha Noi was awarded the Robot – Games prize, the only team to be awarded this honor out of all 33 teams in the category. No less outstanding, the STEM team from Vinschool Ho Chi Minh was also the sole team presented with the Robot – Games honor and were recognized as being among the top 10 most outstanding teams.

These results are a small measure of the efforts of both students and teachers at the Vinschool’s GATE Center. Here, the students are methodically taught using the most advanced pedagogy approaches from developed countries, covering 4 main areas: Knowledge, Skills, Project Implementation Ideas, and Confidence.

STEM experts and instructors have also developed customized learning paths to assist Vinsers in pursuing their passions, develop their personal talent, and orienting their future career goals. The GATE Center covered 100% of the costs for students to take part in training on the assembly and application of robotics, as well as courses on scientific research methodology, and supplemental skills such as presentation, leadership and teamwork skill.

Tue Minh, student from class 9A3, from the GATE Center’s team from Ha Noi happily shared: “What I like most at the GATE Center is that the teachers are very attuned to our psychological needs. Not only do instructors provide close guidance, they also understand each of our strengths and assign us different tasks appropriate to our capacity”.
