INTRODUCTION OF THE CHILD PROTECTION COMMITTEE AND HEALTH & SAFETY COMMITTEE AT VINSCHOOL GRAND PARK SECONDARY SCHOOL

Every day, our teachers strive to create a safe and protective environment for all students. Therefore, Vinschool Grand Park Secondary School is proud to introduce our Child Protection Committee and Health & Safety Committee. Led by experienced educators, these committees are committed to providing a safe and healthy learning environment for all students.

The responsibilities of each committee are as follows:

Child Protection Committee:

• Establish and maintain a safe educational environment for students, ensuring they are protected from abuse, harassment, and bullying.
• Promptly identify, prevent, and address any safety concerns or harm to students.
• Ensure that students are aware that there are adults in the school who are ready to listen whenever they have difficulties or concerns.
• Build and effectively manage relationships between the school and parents to create a safe and positive learning environment for students.

Health & Safety Committee:

• Regularly conduct on-site inspections to monitor health and safety issues within the school.
• Develop and review policies and procedures for handling emergencies, including organizing emergency drills.
• Regularly report health and safety issues to school leaders.

We believe that through the close cooperation of these committees, along with the support of parents and the community, we can create a safe and healthy environment for all students.
