Vinsers learned to breathe, keep balance, and control themselves in the “Mini Yogis” activity.

Vinsers learn to deeply breathe, maintain balance, and perform various simple postures, including a tree, a bee looking for honey, and a seesaw on a small mat.
It is not only a physical activity, Mini Yogis also helps children:
- Keep their emotions balanced.
- Improve their concentration.
- Develop their calmness and self-control.
These simple meditations helped children to gently understand that their energy does not come only from running, but also from inner stability.
