Vinsers from Primary Starters learned English through movement, creativity, and technology
Vinsers from Primary Starters in Vinschool Imperia Kindergarten discovered themselves through the joyful and valuable lesson on the “Hands and head” theme. Students learned vocabulary, explored, and interacted with teachers and friends through various visual activities.
Children learned about their body parts — including the eyes, nose, mouth, ears, hands, and feet — through learning stations, where they freely created, moved, and used technology to help memorize information such as:
- Station 1: Building a “Friend”
Vinsers combined body parts to create a complete “friend”, then took turns introducing their “friend” using structures such as: “This is a nose” and “These are arms.”
- Station 2: Making a Face
Vinsers used clay to create their unique faces and introduced them in English, which helped them develop confidence and self-expression.
- Station 3: Wordwall Game – iPad Time!
Vinsers used iPads to learn English through the interactive Wordwall game.
Each learning station provided a modern learning experience, making English easy and fun through a variety of ‘learning while playing – playing while learning’ activities.
After the ‘Hands and Head‘ lesson, Vinsers visually memorized body parts vocabulary and developed their communication, confidence, and teamwork skills through pair and group activities
Students were excited and proactive in participating in all activities, using each learning station as an opportunity to express themselves.
In addition, the use of technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) with iPads made the activity a fresh and engaging approach. This supports children in memorizing vocabulary and developing their language skills, while also encouraging them to use technology, an essential skill for the future generation of digital citizens.
Let’s see our lovely moments in this joyful English class!
