THE FORMULA FOR HAPPINESS AT VINSCHOOL SMART CITY
In celebration of International Day of Happiness on March 20th, students at Vinschool Smart City Primary School collectively created an inspiring educational environment through a series of experiential activities focused on mental well-being and school happiness.
SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH INITIATIVES EXHIBITION
The exhibition space served as a key highlight, showcasing practical projects implemented by Vinsers throughout the academic year. These initiatives focus on building a safe school environment where every individual is heard, understood, and empowered to develop upon a solid psychological foundation.
EXPERIENTIAL ACTIVITIES ACROSS FOUR DIMENSIONS OF WELLNESS
Regarding social health, the “No Backpack Day” activity drew enthusiastic participation across all grade levels. Instead of traditional school bags, students created innovative alternatives from recycled materials, applying interdisciplinary knowledge from Science, Arts, and Global Citizenship to convey messages of environmental protection and community empathy.
In addition, emotional and cognitive health dimensions were integrated through the “Take What Your Heart Needs” station and the “Happy Brain Arena.” Here, students, parents, and teachers exchanged messages of love while exploring fascinating insights into the true value of happiness in life.
Notably, the physical health dimension was emphasized through the “Sleep Hero” mission, reminding students of the vital importance of midday naps in restoring energy and maintaining mental clarity.
SPREADING HUMANITARIAN VALUES
The “No Backpack Day” at Vinschool transcends mere creativity, carrying deep humanitarian significance. Originating from an idea by Mongai Kanfam (USA) to support underprivileged children in Africa, the movement at Vinschool has evolved into a profound lesson on empathy and social responsibility.
These multi-sensory experiences have formulated a unique “happiness recipe” for Vinsers, ensuring that every day at school is a journey filled with love and meaning.
