SPRING FESTIVAL 2025 – A CELEBRATION OF LOVE AND CONNECTION
HAPPY TET – a vibrant and meaningful cultural festival was vividly recreated through a series of experiential activities at Vinschool Imperia Primary School’s Spring Festival. This event provided Vinsers with the opportunity to explore and honor the unique traditional values of the nation.
Our young students showcased their creativity and dexterity through various activities such as designing New Year greeting cards and decorating conical hats, adding even more color and joy to the festive atmosphere. No Spring Festival would be complete without traditional folk games like “Balancing Baskets,” “Three-Legged Wooden Clogs,” and “Stilt Walking.” Each game served as a challenge that tested the agility, endurance, and teamwork of our Vinsers.
The most anticipated activity of the event – the Chung Cake Wrapping and Clay Pot Rice Cooking Contest – received enthusiastic participation from families. The harmonious collaboration between parents and Vinsers resulted in beautifully wrapped cakes and fragrant, perfectly cooked rice, fostering a sense of love and togetherness as everyone welcomed the New Year with joy.
Adding to the excitement was the Golden Bell Challenge on the theme of Tet and festivals. A total of 90 teams – 90 pairs of Parents and Students took part in answering questions about the customs, traditions, and celebrations of Vietnam and other countries around the world. This was not just a knowledge-based competition but also an opportunity for both Vinsers and Parents to deepen their understanding of history and festivals, helping children develop a greater appreciation for cultural heritage.
With its many meaningful activities, the Spring Festival was a wonderful occasion for Vinsers and their loved ones to immerse themselves in the festive spirit of spring, strengthen family bonds, and contribute to preserving and spreading the beauty of Vietnam’s traditional Tet celebration.
