Recap Of The School Mental Health Week & International Day Of Happiness
The School Mental Health Week at Vinschool Smart City Primary, held from March 17th to 21st, concluded with resounding success, bringing meaningful activities that fostered a safe and connected space for students. Coinciding with International Day of Happiness (March 20th), the event delivered a week full of engaging experiences, including:
Emotion Park Project: An interactive space where students explored games, emotional exercises, and discussions to help them identify and express their feelings with confidence.

Mental Health Innovation Exhibition: Wellbeing Ambassadors showcased their creative projects, allowing parents and students to explore and engage with mental wellness initiatives.
“Finish Your Meal – Happy Heart” Campaign: Encouraged healthy eating habits while spreading the message of gratitude for every meal—reducing food waste and promoting mindful consumption.
International Day of Happiness: Students greeted friends and teachers with kind gestures at the school gate and shared uplifting messages on the “Happiness Tree.”
Flashmob Dance Break: The whole school danced to lively beats, creating a joyful and energetic atmosphere that helped students unwind and strengthen team spirit.
Workshops with Innovative Ideas for Mental Health:
- “Self-Care & Self-Love” (by Vinsers Quang Thanh, Minh Tri, and Ky Anh) – Helping Grade 4 students understand body and mental wellness.
- “Explore Together – Bond Together” (by Vinsers 5A1) – Fun social activities to relax and enhance teamwork skills.

- Minh Sang (Class 2A3): “I loved the Emotion Park! It helped me name my feelings and share them with friends.”
- Wellbeing Ambassadors (Class 5A1): “We were nervous that no one would join our workshop, but so many friends came—it made us so happy!”
- Ms. Pham Luong Hoa (Kitchen Staff): “The Finish Your Meal – Happy Heart campaign excited the kids! Everyone tried to finish their meals, and food waste dropped significantly. We’re thrilled!”
