Open reading spaces – the reading culture experience of Primary Starters

At Primary Starters, reading is extended beyond the classroom and takes place in open, calm spaces close to nature. There, each child reads in their own unique way: some carefully observe the illustrations, some slowly turn each page, while others listen to friends telling stories and share their feelings together. Reading is not bound to a fixed pace but grows from natural curiosity and interest, helping children develop a love for books, strengthen language skills, and build confidence as they prepare to enter Grade 1.
