“MATH IN THE CIRCLE” – AN OUTDOOR ADVENTURE DAY WITH MIRA LITTLE LEARNERS

For the Mira class at Vinschool The Harmony and Vinschool Vinhomes Riverside Kindergarten, Math is not limited to the classroom—it becomes joyful outdoor adventures filled with laughter. During Adventure Day, the Mira children took part in an exciting “Math in the Circle” lesson, where mathematical concepts came to life through toys, gifts, and hands-on experiences.

🔢 Little steps into the world of numbers
To warm up for the fun-filled activities, the children walked together in a circle, observing and counting objects around them. Through the teacher’s guiding questions, they naturally reviewed counting skills and recognized quantities in a gentle and engaging way.

🎁 Exploring colorful workshops
At the Gift Workshop – Teddy Bear Workshop – Toy Workshop stations, children freely chose and shared the same number of objects in different ways. By arranging, counting, and checking again, they gradually discovered that no matter how the objects are divided, the total quantity remains the same—an important mathematical concept formed through real-life experiences.

🤖 Challenges with the little Robot
Listening carefully to the Robot’s instructions, the children quickly found the required items, placed them into the circle, worked with their friends to check the results, and counted together. This activity helped develop listening skills, teamwork, and problem-solving thinking.

✨ Through movement, manipulation, and checking activities, children learned to recognize groups of objects within 10, gradually developing early concepts of quantity, comparison, and conservation.
