CELEBRATING THE 80TH NATIONAL DAY – NURTURING NATIONAL PRIDE IN THE HEARTS OF LITTLE VINSERS

Saturday, 30/08/2025, 16:08 (GMT)

Heading towards the 80th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day (Sept 2, 1945 – Sept 2, 2025), students at Vinschool The Harmony and Vinschool Vinhomes Riverside Kindergartens participated in a series of experiential educational activities to ignite patriotism and foster national pride from their earliest years.

📖 Learning history through vivid methods: Through stories, poems, and visual imagery, students explored the significance of National Day and remembered key historical milestones, forming an early understanding of the values of independence and freedom.

🎨 Developing creative thinking and expression: Artistic activities such as crafting the national flag, painting famous landmarks, and decorating classrooms with Vietnamese cultural symbols allowed students to showcase their dexterity, imagination, and pride in their country.

🤝 Building collaboration and solidarity: By creating collective projects like the Map of Vietnam or cultural display corners, children learned teamwork, shared ideas, and bonded for a common goal.

💃 In particular, the spirit of unity was powerfully spread as the children performed a flashmob dance in their “red flag with a yellow star” shirts and paraded with the national flag, creating a school-wide atmosphere of shared pride.

🌱 These experiences not only bring joy but also contribute to building the cultural foundation, values, and identity of future citizens.
