LEO GRADE – A WALK WITH NATURE

Last week, our little Leos had a wonderful experience walking with their teachers and exploring nature right at the park. This Leo Grade excursion was not just about having fun; it also helped the children develop keen senses, familiarize themselves with technology, and enhance their communication and language skills.

Amidst the cool green space, the children used their senses—touching, smelling, and seeing—to perceive the natural beauty around them. Our young Vinsers learned to observe with all their senses to recognize the distinct characteristics of different trees and flowers.

Beyond exploration, the children boldly shared their comments: which colors they found beautiful, what the flowers smelled like, or whether leaves were big or small—observations that were innocent, natural, and authentic.

To wrap up the walk, the whole class reviewed the photos they had taken on a large screen. This was an opportunity for them to recall their discoveries and confidently express their thoughts—an open lesson full of excitement and enriching experiences.
