Vinschool Takes The Lead In Supporting The “Not Alone – Together For Online Safety” Campaign

Monday, 13/10/2025, 14:10 (GMT+7)

In response to the Hanoi Convention on Combating Cybercrime, Vinschool has officially launched the “Not Alone” campaign across its entire system – a nationwide initiative initiated by the Digital Trust Alliance, under the auspices of the United Nations (UNODC, UNICEF), in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Education and Training, and Ministry of Health, and co-organized by the National Cybersecurity Association and the People’s Committee of Hanoi.

The “Not Alone” campaign aims to equip students with online safety knowledge and skills, build a trusted digital environment, and empower students to use technology and AI safely and responsibly. The initiative also contributes to creating a safe, compassionate learning environment, strengthening the connection between schools, families, and society in digital safety education.

Taking the Lead – Spreading the Message “Together for Online Safety”
Following the national launch ceremony on October 10, 2025, all Vinschool campuses simultaneously kicked off the “Not Alone” campaign, spreading the message “Together for Online Safety.” During the launch events, students:
▪️ Learned about online grooming, manipulation, and kidnapping behaviors, raising their awareness of digital safety.
▪️ Practiced identifying common cyber threats and responding effectively or seeking help in risky situations.
▪️ Joined the “Digital Safety Wall” activity, where they printed their fingerprints and wrote personal reflections, pledging to “Build a Green Shield” — symbolizing solidarity and commitment to a safe, healthy online environment.

Digital Safety Education – An Essential Skill for Digital Citizens
Building on this momentum, Vinschool will continue to lead the implementation of the “Not Alone” campaign with a series of upcoming learning and creative activities to help students become responsible and well-rounded digital citizens:
▪️ Hosting thematic workshops on recognizing, preventing, and responding to online risks, fostering responsible and empathetic Internet use.
▪️ Organizing side contests under the theme “Together for Online Safety,” including drawing and essay writing competitions that encourage students to express their understanding and ideas for a safer cyberspace.
▪️ Integrating digital citizenship education into academic programs and school-wide events such as VinMUN, TEDx, and Mock Trials, promoting critical thinking, legal awareness, and digital responsibility.

Vinsers, stay tuned and continue to join hands in the meaningful activities of the “Not Alone” campaign at Vinschool!
