For Hồng Anh, time spent working at a technology outsourcing company serving international clients highlighted both the rigorous demands of the global market and the untapped potential of Vietnamese talent. She chose to selectively apply global standards with thoughtful localization — enhancing effectiveness and competitiveness within the Vietnamese workforce.

In the medical field, Chính Nguyên pursues a program designed to international standards at VinUni while simultaneously undertaking clinical practice at major hospitals in Vietnam. This integration of modern medical knowledge and hands-on experience enables Nguyên to align his studies with the healthcare needs of the Vietnamese community.

For Nguyễn Phước An, participating in the World Robot Olympiad during high school helped cultivate skills in communication, active listening, and perspective-taking. These experiences have become a distinct advantage as he collaborates with lecturers, investors, and international startup communities in his university projects.
