Towards The VINFORMATION 2026 Grand Final – Celebrating Students’ Capacity To Create Knowledge In The Digital Era

Tuesday, 05/05/2026, 19:05 (GMT+7)

After more than two months of implementation, the VINFORMATION 2026 Book Creation Competition is entering its Grand Final on May 15, featuring 8 outstanding teams selected from 102 projects by secondary students nationwide. In its fourth season, VINFORMATION continues to affirm its role as an academic playground where students simultaneously develop research capability, systems thinking, and the ability to create meaningful content.

According to the Organizing Committee, this year’s projects demonstrate clear progress in both academic depth and practical application. Many entries showcase interdisciplinary approaches, connecting cultural values with contemporary contexts while effectively leveraging digital tools and AI in content experiences. Beyond simply “telling stories,” these projects reflect students’ ability to explore, analyze, and curate information to create outputs of academic value and social significance.

Throughout the journey, participants have worked closely with experts in publishing and content, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the process of creating a complete publication—from identifying research problems and structuring content to shaping an authentic authorial voice. This serves as a crucial foundation, enabling students to move from idea generation to systematic content development.

At the Grand Final, teams will present and defend their projects before a panel of judges. The evaluation goes beyond presentation skills, focusing on critical thinking, reasoning, and the ability to defend their work. Results will be determined based on content quality, the credibility and curation of sources, educational and social impact, and the effectiveness of information organization.

Stay tuned for the official results of VINFORMATION 2026, to be announced soon on the Vinschool fanpage!

As a nationwide book creation competition for lower and upper secondary students, VINFORMATION opens up an academic space where young creators are guided to research, analyze, and tell stories about Vietnamese society, culture, and people through a new-generation lens.

In its fourth season, the competition introduces the theme “Pieces of Vietnam in the Digital Era,” encouraging students to approach Vietnam as a dynamic subject of study in the context of digital transformation—where historical and cultural values are preserved, reinterpreted, and continued through new forms of expression.

Students are empowered to creatively explore diverse formats, including traditional print books, ebooks, interactive digital books, digital maps, virtual exhibitions/museums, and multimedia products.
