[Vinformation 2025] The Official Top 25 Revealed – Awaiting Masterpieces Reimagining Heritage Through A Modern Lens

After more than a month since its launch, the VINFORMATION 2025 creative book competition has attracted 125 applications from over 200 students representing 40 secondary and high schools across 15 provinces and cities. This overwhelming response highlights students' deep interest in book creation under the theme "Vietnamese Mosaics".

The 25 most outstanding entries advancing to the semi-finals demonstrate meticulous effort, exceptional creativity, and a diverse portrayal of Vietnam’s beauty through the lenses of history, geography, and culture.

Some remarkable works include the AR-enhanced book “The Eternal Spirit Beasts,” the comic book “Footsteps Preserving the Nation’s Soul,” and the 3D museum “Dong Ho Paintings: Image & Soul,” among others.

Mrs. Nguyễn Hồng Nhung, Vice Principal of Vinschool Ocean Park Secondary & High School and a preliminary round judge, remarked: “I am truly impressed by the creativity in this year’s student book projects. Not only have the students successfully conveyed the ‘soul’ of the nation, but they have also skillfully integrated modern technology, such as 3D museums, 3D books, 3D maps, augmented reality (AR), and online exhibitions via Artsteps. The seamless fusion of interdisciplinary knowledge from social sciences with technology has resulted in highly immersive products that bring Vietnam’s history, geography, and culture to life in a captivating way.”

Trần Thu Trang, a student from Vinschool Ocean Park and one of the Top 25 authors, shared: “The topic ‘The Influence of Metaphysical Beliefs on Modern Vietnamese Life’ in my Grade 11 Vietnam Studies course inspired me to create ‘The Eternal Spirit Beasts’ – a book that not only introduces sacred animals but also reconstructs Vietnam’s cultural spaces. Throughout the creative process, teamwork helped me refine my research, writing, and AR application skills, allowing readers to view the spirit beasts from multiple angles, offering a more interactive and vivid experience.”
