Looking Back On The Journey Of Wellbeing Initiatives 2025–2026: When Students Become The Driving Force Behind A Happier School Community

Monday, 25/05/2026, 10:05 (GMT+7)

What happens when classroom lessons become a space where students actively practice, lead, and spread wellbeing every day?

How were wellbeing initiatives connected and implemented across campuses, enabling students throughout the system to learn from one another, collaborate, and create positive impact together?

How has Wellbeing Initiatives gradually expanded beyond Vinschool to connect with wider educational communities?

Season 2 of Wellbeing Initiatives has been a journey where students actively identified challenges, proposed solutions, and directly led initiatives to promote school wellbeing within their own campuses and across the wider system. Through this year-long journey, Vinsers have continued to become positive changemakers, contributing to a more connected, empathetic, and sustainable learning environment every day. Join us in looking back on this inspiring journey through the video below!

In the 2024–2025 academic year, Vinschool officially launched the School Mental Health Initiatives Program – Wellbeing Initiatives – under the theme “Wellbeing for Better Learning.” The program not only raised awareness but also inspired concrete actions to support mental wellbeing within schools. In its very first season, more than 5,000 initiatives were registered, engaging nearly 22,000 students, teachers, and parents, while helping spread awareness and meaningful wellbeing practices across the entire system.

Through Wellbeing Initiatives, Vinschool was honored at the QS Reimagine Education Awards 2025 — a prestigious international award often regarded as the “Oscars of Global Education” — in the category of “Nurturing Wellbeing & Purpose.”
