Thursday, 03/11/2022, 13:11 (GMT+7)

Vinschool Education System on October 30, 2022 held a ceremony to award Kien Tao Scholarship 2022 to 40 disadvantaged 9th and 10th graders with outstanding academic performance from 22 provinces and cities across the country. This is the second award ceremony of the scholarship, which is aimed at giving financial support and accompanying the students in the process of acquiring knowledge and skills.

“What makes Kien Tao Scholarship different is that apart from the opportunity to maintain their daily routines and learning habits, the students receive financial support to cover their daily expenses and are equipped with modern educational tools such as laptops with Internet access, an internationally accredited curriculum taught by Vinschool teachers, and one-on-one online mentoring sessions with the support of Vinschool teachers and students,” said Ms. Dinh Thi Tu, Distinguished Teacher, representative of Vinschool Education System. “We hope that the personalized curriculum and the companionship of Vinschool throughout high school will meet the students’ learning and developmental needs, thereby helping them make their dreams come true,” she added.

“I’ve joined Vinschool’s Kien Tao Scholarship program since the first year, and I highly appreciate the opportunities that Vinschool brings to underprivileged children with strong aspirations for a better life. Vinschool gives them online lessons about not only foundational subjects such as Math and Literature but also special subjects to improve their quality and successfully integrate into the world. Kien Tao Scholarship not only strengthens what they have already acquired, but also helps them build their own future with their own projects and pursue the future careers that they are passionate about. It is hoped that the scholarship will be expanded to bring a brighter future for more disadvantaged children,” said Mr. Dang Hoa Nam, Director of the Child Affairs under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs at the Scholarship Award Ceremony.
