[Innovation Challenge 2025] Green Transformation Journey: 22 Outstanding Projects Make Their Mark In The Grand Finale

The Innovation Challenge is an annual competition that encourages high school students nationwide to engage in scientific research and innovation in fields such as Natural Sciences, Technology - Engineering - IT, and Social Sciences. Let’s look back at the remarkable moments from the Grand Finale of Innovation Challenge 2025!

After six months of learning, continuous improvement, and rigorous competition, the 22 most outstanding teams of Innovation Challenge 2025 advanced to the Grand Finale at Vinschool Ocean Park 2. These young innovators presented creative scientific solutions that contribute to promoting Green Transformation. The participants showcased not only groundbreaking thinking, interdisciplinary research, and practical application skills, but also proposed real-world solutions with a positive impact on the community.
After two challenging rounds, the champions of each category emerged:
  • Natural Sciences Category: “Research on the Cancer Cell Inhibition Potential of Silver Nanoparticles Synthesized from Male Papaya Flower Extract” – Vinschool Imperia
  • Social & Behavioral Sciences Category: “Greenlink for Green Life – Connecting for a Sustainable Environment” – Vinschool Times City
  • Technology, Engineering & IT Category: “Smart Monitoring System for Factories” – Vinschool Grand Park

Sharing his thoughts on the quality of the projects, Associate Professor Dr. Phó Đức Tài, Head of the Faculty of Mathematics, Mechanics, and Informatics at VNU University of Science, expressed his admiration for the creativity, practicality, and real-world impact of the students’ ideas:
What you have presented today is not just for a competition, but could be the beginning of a greater journey – one where you make a real difference in the world.
Additionally, Dr. Dinh Anh Tuan (Project Director at the Innovation Center – VinUniversity) highly praised the talent of Vinschool students for their creative ideas, inclusivity, and positive impact on the community. Meanwhile, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Thuy (Senior Lecturer at Hanoi National University of Education) commended their presentation skills and research projects, which hold great scientific and humanitarian value, contributing to positive changes in society and the environment.
