Impressive figures from the School Wellbeing Initiatives program at Vinschool
After nearly 5 months of implementation, the “School Wellbeing Initiatives 2024–2025” program has attracted 5,509 initiatives from 38 Vinschool campuses nationwide – an impressive figure that reflects Vinsers’ proactiveness in caring for their own wellbeing and that of their communities.
These diverse ideas – ranging from practical projects and inspiring exhibitions to intricate handmade products – have offered meaningful solutions to improve mental wellbeing and foster a positive school environment.
Each initiative was developed based on the four pillars of mental wellbeing:
- 1,107 initiatives on Cognitive Wellbeing – focusing on building positive learning habits and optimistic thinking.
- 992 initiatives on Social Wellbeing – promoting connection, collaboration, and a friendly school atmosphere.
- 2,124 initiatives on Emotional Wellbeing – emphasizing emotional awareness, self-regulation, and resilience.
- 875 initiatives on Physical Wellbeing – encouraging healthy lifestyles and increased physical activity.
Beyond creative ideas, 2,622 initiatives have been implemented by Vinsers with guidance from teachers and school psychology experts. This not only helped students actively improve their own mental wellbeing and that of others but also offered valuable opportunities to develop key 21st-century skills such as research, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
“I used to think that caring for mental health was something big and complicated. But as I worked on this initiative with support from our school’s Psychology specialists, I realized that small changes – starting from the classroom, our circle of friends, or even within our own families – can make a big difference. To begin, we just need to learn to listen to our emotions and care for the people we love.” – Minh Anh from Vinschool Times City shared.
With a pioneering spirit and unwavering effort, Vinsers – the “Wellbeing Ambassadors” – have spread positive energy and become a meaningful bridge between teachers, friends, and families, contributing to the creation of a happy school community.
