Explore and Develop: The Memorable Camp Out 2023 Experience Journey

After a semester filled with effort, the 4-day, 3-night Camp Out 2023 experience journey opened up a space for relaxation and exploration for Vinsers. Away from the embrace of their families, students from the North to the South eagerly explored captivating destinations in Mai Châu, Xuyên Mộc, and Thung Nham, where each new challenge provided an opportunity for Vinsers to demonstrate their resilience and refine essential life skill

Visiting museums, cooking local dishes, designing ethnic costumes, and playing traditional games were just some of the experiences that helped Vinsers immerse themselves in the local way of life and enrich their knowledge of the culture and history of various ethnic groups. Not only did they enjoy being close to nature, but they also participated in outdoor activities such as SUP boating, trekking to local villages, harvesting corn and sweet potatoes, and engaging in sports, team-building games with local students… All of this allowed them to learn about environmental diversity, while stimulating their creativity and team spirit.

In particular, survival skills and situational handling, such as setting up tents, making fire, and swimming safety, provided opportunities for students to showcase their confidence and adaptability. These lessons were invaluable in terms of skills and also helped students feel confident in facing challenges.

Ms. Ngọc Diệp, a parent shared: “My child excitedly talked about the new friends and fascinating experiences along the way home. The 4 days passed quickly, but they were truly enriching. The children have matured, gained more knowledge, learned how to unite, and always maintain a team spirit. Thank you to the teachers and the school for organizing such a meaningful program that provided the children with a memorable winter break.”
