Conquering the gateway to university: Vinschool supports students with a comprehensive career orientation program
Following practical training activities at corporations and equipping students with solid preparation to confidently conquer the gateway to university, Grade 12 Vinsers recently participated in a series of early career orientation events across the Vinschool high school system.
These included workshops on crafting impressive university application profiles and experiencing a day as a university student at their favorite institutions. Through these activities, Vinsers had the opportunity to:
Acquire essential skills for university and future careers: Students practiced important skills such as presentation, essay writing, interviewing, and CV building, enabling them to present themselves confidently and impressively to admissions committees.
Explore international academic environments and broaden horizons: Trial classes and campus tours at universities like VinUni, RMIT, and BUV allowed students to gain a deeper understanding of real university settings and discover suitable majors aligned with their interests and personal goals.
Gain career guidance from leading experts: Informative sessions with industry specialists provided students with valuable insights into future career trends, strategies for setting career goals, and tips on securing prestigious scholarships.
Enhance adaptability to new academic challenges: Early exposure to university environments and skill development during high school helped students build confidence, independence, and flexible thinking, laying a strong foundation for higher education.
Vinser Nguyễn Thuỳ Dung shared: “My goal is to win a scholarship for the Digital Marketing program at RMIT University. The workshops and campus visits have been immensely helpful in equipping me with essential scholarship application skills and expanding my understanding of my dream university.”
