Closing The 2025 Internship Week – A Solid Start Toward Future Career Paths

After a week of learning and hands-on experience at various enterprises, the internship journey of Grade 11 Vinsers has come to a close, bringing valuable lessons in both knowledge and skills. The program offered students a more practical and in-depth understanding of their dream professions and future career directions — spanning diverse fields such as Technology, Healthcare, Finance & Banking, Tourism & Hospitality, Fashion, Marketing, Fashion Design, Journalism & Communications, Construction, and more.

Beyond expanding their professional knowledge through direct observation and participation in real working environments at reputable organizations, Internship Week also helped Vinsers develop essential career competencies — from effective task organization and management, adaptability to workplace pace, professional communication with clients, teamwork, time management, to flexible problem-solving. These foundational skills will empower them to pursue their future careers with confidence.

Sharing after completing the program, Vinser Nguyen Minh Khang said: “I truly learned a lot about the product development process through the company’s professional working style and the close coordination among departments. I had the chance to take part in the fundamental steps of UX/UI design — from analyzing user behavior and building customer journey maps to sketching interfaces and testing features. This real-world experience not only helped me better understand the field of technology but also gave me more motivation and confidence to pursue my passion.”
