According to the agreement, Vinschool will start offering the esteemed NCUK International Foundation Year Programme in September 2023. Students who have finished their 11th year of high school in Vietnam (or an international equivalent such as IGCSE, AS, A, or IB…) and have an IELTS score of 5.0 or higher are eligible for the programme. The nine-month NCUK International Foundation Year at Vinschool combines specialised knowledge with language proficiency, college-level study abilities, and cultural and social awareness. Each student enrolled in the NCUK International Foundation Year will get academic English instruction as well as a personalised study plan based on their unique orientation. According to academic requirements and standards, students will be given a choice of subjects from the NCUK-developed group of Social Sciences, Business Sciences, or Technical Sciences.

Students who successfully complete the programme can enrol in the University’s first year without having to take the IELTS or meet any other English proficiency requirements. Expert academic counsellors will also accompany and help with the full university admission process as well as student scholarships. Outstanding students will have the chance to win scholarships and awards valued at £1,000 to £10,000.
