Netknight Cybersecurity Experience Learning: Enhancing Internet Use for Vinsers with Speaker HieuPC

Recently, all students from the standard and Cambridge programs at Vinschool Ocean Park High School had the opportunity to meet and listen to insights from cybersecurity expert Ngô Minh Hiếu (HieuPC).

During the session, speaker HieuPC guided the students on how to behave appropriately on the Internet, shared tips on account security, creating strong passwords, accessing reputable websites, and identifying fake sites. He also demonstrated how hackers use deepfake technology to create fake videos for scams, as well as how they utilize machine learning algorithms to steal customer accounts and passwords. He highlighted the deceptive tactics of online gambling games that he has previously hacked into in order to track down the perpetrators.

The students enthusiastically received all this practical knowledge and information with applause, handshakes, hugs, and by taking selfies and asking for autographs from HieuPC.

Through this session, Vinschool Ocean Park students gained a clearer understanding of information security, social media, and AI concepts that their teachers have been teaching from grade 6 to the end of grade 10.

Ngo Minh Hieu (HieuPC) is one of the most renowned hackers in Vietnam. He is currently a technical expert at the National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) and is the founder of the Anti-Scam project, which he and his colleagues launched in late 2020.
