Congratulations To The Outstanding Teams That Successfully Completed The “Space Exploration” Journey At The Vinschool AeroGreen Hackathon 2026 Southern Regional Final

Wednesday, 20/05/2026, 18:05 (GMT+7)

Following the thrilling competitions in the Northern region, the Southern Regional Final of Vinschool AeroGreen Hackathon 2026 has officially concluded with the participation of nearly 60 teams from secondary and high schools across Southern Vietnam. At the technology arena simulating a “space exploration” mission, students tackled a series of drone operation challenges in a real-world competition environment, requiring programming skills, engineering thinking, quick reflexes, and effective teamwork.

In the Final Round, teams were required to apply their technological knowledge and drone control skills flexibly to complete complex tasks such as overcoming obstacles, avoiding hazardous zones, collecting data, and optimizing energy usage on the competition field. Beyond a technical challenge, the competition also provided students with opportunities to strengthen problem-solving abilities, adaptability under time pressure, and competitive resilience in a real-world environment.

After intense rounds of competition, the judging panel officially honored the top-performing teams in two divisions:

  • First Prize
Secondary School Division: Drone Soccer Hoàng Hoa Thám 7A5 (Hoàng Hoa Thám Secondary School)
High School Division: DueXBV (Vinschool Central Park)
  • Second Prize
Secondary School Division: Sky Hackers (Vinschool Central Park)
High School Division: 10A2 (Vinschool Central Park)
  • Third Prize
Secondary School Division: Trần Văn Ơn (Trần Văn Ơn Secondary School)
High School Division: The Cookies (Vinschool Central Park)

Notably, the two champion teams have earned the opportunity to compete in the Enjoy AI 2026 Final Round – an international robotics and AI competition annually organized by the Federation of Global Youth AI (FGYAI) – in Shanghai, China. This will be a valuable opportunity for students to challenge themselves in an international technology environment and connect with teams from different countries.

The judging panel also selected two outstanding participants of the competition – Trần Quang Khánh Minh (Class 11A7, Vinschool Central Park) and Nguyễn Thái Nam (Class 8A1, Vinschool Grand World Phú Quốc) – to receive full scholarships for a technology training program in Beijing, China, organized by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE), under the Ministry of Education of China.

Let’s look back at the memorable moments from the Southern Regional Final of Vinschool AeroGreen Hackathon 2026 – where Vinsers transformed technological thinking, competitive spirit, and creativity into impressive performances in a real-world drone arena.

AeroGreen Hackathon 2026 is a nationwide academic competition for secondary and high school students passionate about technology, where programming, engineering design, and sustainable thinking are integrated into one challenge. With the theme “Code the Wings – Change the Sky,” the competition immerses students in a journey of designing and operating drone systems to solve simulated environmental and sustainability challenges.

Through each competition round, students not only strengthen algorithmic thinking, system design, and problem-solving skills, but also gain exposure to advanced technology fields such as AI, Robotics, aviation, and green technology. Outstanding teams will have the opportunity to be nominated for Enjoy AI 2026 in Shanghai, where Vietnamese students can connect and compete with the international young technology community.
