Vinsers explored how to create art and design through the “Play With Fabrics” activity.

Vinsers from Primary Starters participated in creative experiences during the Creative Arts lesson. They developed their skills through various activities such as:

• The “Making a collage from fabric” activity: Students transformed into talented “little designers”, chose colorful pieces of fabric, cut and stuck them to create their self-expressive costumes. This activity encouraged children to develop creative ideas in art and design and supported them in training their meticulousness and fine motor skills.

• The “Sewing Clothes” activity: Students got acquainted with basic manual skills and learned to use fabrics and simple sewing tools. This supported children developing their patience and concentration, and using a needle and thread to “sew” a simple bag.

These experiences made their learning joyful and encouraged children to develop their aesthetic thinking, teamwork skills, and love for art from an early age.
