Vinschool Students Champion Humanitarian Message with FAO – A Proud Moment for Vietnam!

Tuesday, 08/07/2025, 08:07 (GMT)

In response to the series of activities for World Food Day 2024, themed “Right to food for a better life and a better future,” students from Vinschool Grand Park (Viners) not only showcased their creativity through individual poster artworks but also transformed the project into a meaningful community journey.

From their submitted works, the students organized an exhibition and charity auction to raise funds. This was combined with a nutrition workshop to raise awareness about the importance of safe and adequate food.

All proceeds from the fundraising were donated to a school in Đắk Lắk, supporting improved nutrition for students in disadvantaged areas.

And the sweet outcome arrived:

ĐẶNG Ý NHƯ, a student from class 8A7, proudly became one of the top 3 outstanding contestants in the 13–15 age group, surpassing over 900 international entries in the poster competition organized by the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations).

The certificate and gifts have just arrived from FAO headquarters in Rome, Italy – a well-deserved recognition of her talent, sense of responsibility, and compassionate heart.

This competition was not just a creative art playground; it also served as a bridge to help students worldwide raise awareness about eradicating hunger and poverty, and ensuring food security. Vinschool is proud to have students with a global citizen spirit like Ý Như – young people ready to act for a better world.

Congratulations to ĐẶNG Ý NHƯ – the pride of Vinschool and of Vietnam!
