Super Starters day 3 – Building healthy habits from small steps

Monday, 08/12/2025, 14:12 (GMT)

Today’s lesson opened up a brand-new “skills map” for our Super Starters, where each activity helped children explore how their bodies work and develop independence through familiar, everyday habits.

During Circle Time, the children named common physical activities such as running and jumping, gaining a better understanding of their own movement abilities. The English lesson became even more engaging as students listened to and accurately followed two-part commands like “Clap your hands and stomp your feet,” helping to sharpen their focus and reaction skills.

In Physical Education, the children practiced a sequence of movements that simulated proper personal hygiene routines in the correct order 🚿. Moving on to STEM, they explored why soap is important when washing hands and creatively expressed one step of the handwashing process through an art product.

Through this continuous series of activities, the children not only gained a clearer understanding of healthy living habits, but also developed their thinking skills, language ability, and confidence in expressing their own ideas.
