FAMILY CONNECT DAY – CREATING A FOUNDATION OF LOVE FOR CHILDREN

🌟 At Vinschool The Harmony Kindergarten, we believe that family is the solid foundation for a child’s holistic development. With the desire to create a space for love, sharing, and connection, the school organized “Family Connect Day,” where parents and children participated in deeply emotional bonding activities:

🍪 Feeling Cookies – Connecting and Identifying Emotions: Children worked with their parents to shape and uniquely decorate cookies that expressed their own emotions and personalities. This visual approach helps children feel comfortable expressing and sharing their inner states with their family—a cornerstone of emotional intelligence development.

📚 Reading & Storytelling – Sharing Quality Time: Parents and children read books together, interacting with the story content. This helps develop the child’s language skills while making them feel their parents’ presence and active listening.

❤️ Loving Heart Craft – Nurturing the Spirit of Cooperation: Children and parents brainstormed ideas and decorated hearts together to show their bond, encouraging children to enhance their coordination and communication skills.

🍭 Cotton Candy Making – Developing Fine Motor Skills: Working together through the steps of making cotton candy helped children practice hand-eye coordination, patience, and cooperation. It was also an opportunity for parents to experience simple joy—a vital element in maintaining an emotional connection with young children.
