Career Guidance Workshop 2024-2025: Helping Vinsers Explore and Successfully Plan Their Future

On September 18th, a career guidance workshop for all high school students at Vinschool Ocean Park was held. Led by speaker Ms. Hà Thanh Thư, Vinsers from grades 10, 11, and 12 had the opportunity to gain deeper insights into themselves and their future career paths.

During the workshop, 10th graders explored their personalities through the MBTI test, identifying their character traits and personal interests. For 11th graders, the Holland Code (RIASEC) test was conducted to determine career interests and begin planning for the future. Additionally, 12th graders received guidance on the essential skills needed to prepare for the transition to university and careers.

The event not only provided knowledge but also sparked strong inspiration among Vinsers at Vinschool Ocean Park. Interactive activities and lively discussions helped the students unlock their potential and gain a clearer direction for their futures.
