[Wellbeing Initiatives 2025–2026] When Core Academic Lessons Become Spaces For Wellbeing Innovation Practice

Monday, 26/01/2026, 10:01 (GMT+7)

Launched system-wide in September 2025, the School Mental Wellbeing Initiative – Wellbeing Initiatives Season 2, under the theme “Wellbeing for Thriving Minds”, is bringing a fresh perspective to the Character & Life Skills Education (CLISE) curriculum. By embedding student-led wellbeing initiatives directly into lesson content, core academic classes are transformed into meaningful spaces where creative, practical, and highly relatable wellbeing ideas come to life.

Across CLISE lessons covering themes such as conflict resolution, emotional regulation, building sustainable friendships, and becoming the best version of oneself, Vinsers are empowered to propose and lead wellbeing initiatives aligned with the lesson topics, guiding their classmates through hands-on activities. This approach translates classroom knowledge into real-life action, while fostering analytical thinking, effective communication skills, social awareness, and a strong sense of responsibility toward the community.

At the system level, a wide range of initiatives have been implemented and scaled within lessons—from easing academic pressure and strengthening peer connections to nurturing positive emotional practices—clearly highlighting students’ central role in shaping a positive and supportive school wellbeing ecosystem.

Explore meaningful moments from CLISE lessons, where Wellbeing Ambassadors confidently lead initiatives and inspire their peers to collectively cultivate a happy, positive, and thriving learning environment at Vinschool.
