On May 16, the Top 100 Wellbeing Initiatives Honoring Ceremony under the Wellbeing Initiatives 2025–2026 programme officially took place, marking the conclusion of a 7-month journey with more than 7,100 initiatives registered and over 5,000 initiatives implemented across the entire system.

More than just an honoring ceremony, the event opened up a multisensory wellbeing space where students, parents and educators came together to experience, connect and explore wellbeing through different aspects of school life.

Throughout the programme, wellbeing was reflected in every activity, every conversation and every student-led initiative. From promoting physical wellbeing and emotional care to fostering positive social connections, mental wellness and self-awareness, each experience space showcased how Vinsers are proactively creating meaningful and positive changes within their communities.

One of the highlights of the event was a series of interactive activities led by Wellbeing Ambassadors Season 2. From the physical activity challenge “Healthy Body – Bright Mind” and the talkshow “Think Better – Connect Stronger” to the emotional regulation experience “Mood Reset”, students not only spread messages of healthy living and empathy, but also demonstrated their ability to identify problems, design solutions and lead positive change within the school community.

Building on the success of Season 1 and the international recognition at the QS Reimagine Education Awards, Season 2 of Wellbeing Initiatives has expanded not only in scale but also in the depth of its impact on school life. From classrooms and school corridors to the ways students learn, communicate and support one another, more and more students are not only participating in wellbeing activities but are becoming initiators, connectors and changemakers for their communities. To date, more than 34,000 students, parents and teachers have benefited from wellbeing initiatives across the system.

“Through this journey, the most meaningful thing for me was not simply that our initiative was well received, but seeing friends genuinely feel lighter, happier or more willing to open up because of what we created together. That was when I realized wellbeing is not something distant — it can begin with very small actions that help someone feel cared for, heard and understood,” shared Vũ Uyển Nhi, creator of the initiative “Me – You – Us”, one of the Top 100 outstanding initiatives honored on May 16.

Let’s look back on the memorable moments from the Top 100 Wellbeing Initiatives 2025–2026 Honoring Ceremony — where ideas born from students’ empathy, observation and initiative were recognized, celebrated and shared to inspire the wider community!

In the 2024–2025 academic year, Vinschool officially launched the School Mental Wellbeing Initiatives programme for the first time under the theme “Wellbeing for Better Learning”. The programme not only raised awareness but also encouraged concrete actions to support mental wellbeing in schools. In its very first season, more than 5,000 initiatives were registered, engaging nearly 22,000 students, teachers and parents, and helping spread awareness and positive actions for school mental wellbeing across the entire system.

Through the Wellbeing Initiatives programme, Vinschool was honored at the QS Reimagine Education Awards 2025 — a prestigious international award often referred to as the “Oscars of Global Education” — in the category of “Nurturing Wellbeing & Purpose”.
