The Leadership Day 2024 at Vinschool Primary School: Shining with “Leadership” Qualities
The Leadership Day at Vinschool Primary School took place with a variety of creative and diverse activities, serving as an annual event for students to showcase their leadership talents and academic achievements over the school year.
This event provides students with an opportunity to confidently present and share the knowledge and skills they have acquired, allowing them to shine with the “leader” qualities that define every Vinser. The event was carefully prepared, featuring a vibrant Carnaval street festival performance, student-organized and performed cultural activities, creating a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere. Parents attending the program were pleasantly surprised, delighted, and proud to see their children confidently lead and organize the event.
One of the highlights was the school tour, where students guided their parents through classrooms and functional areas. Here, students introduced their learning products such as reading journals, STEM projects, fashion designs, and organized entertainment activities like “Rung Chuong Vang” (Golden Bell Rings) and quizzes on various topics. Additionally, experience stations such as musical instruments, physical activities, and traditional games attracted parents’ participation, helping them better understand the curriculum and the growth process of their children.
Leadership Day 2024 was not only an opportunity for students to step out of their comfort zones, confidently speak in front of an audience, and share what they have learned, but also helped them develop leadership skills, create joy, and strengthen the connection between students, parents, and teachers. It also reaffirmed Vinschool’s educational effectiveness in nurturing future leaders.
Each activity during Leadership Day aimed at developing essential skills for a leader: organizational ability, self-confidence, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility. These experiences will serve as a solid foundation, helping students move forward confidently on their path to becoming outstanding leaders in the future.
