Responsive Parenting Season 2 – Stage 1: Watch The Seminar “Parental Happiness”
With the desire to accompany parents on their journey toward cultivating balance, peace, and happiness in their role as caregivers, Vinschool, in collaboration with Vinmec, organized the seminar “Parental Happiness” as part of the Responsive Parenting program for the 2025–2026 school year.
Have you ever wondered:
- How does a parent’s happiness affect their child’s emotions?
- Why do many parents feel “exhausted” even though they love their children deeply?
- How can the journey of raising children be filled with joy and inner peace?
These questions were explored and answered by psychological experts at the seminar “Parental Happiness”, part of the Responsive Parenting program for the 2025–2026 school year.
At the seminar, parents discovered psychological perspectives on nurturing their own happiness to become positive emotional role models for their children. Experts also discussed why parenting often comes with pressures, and shared key strategies to navigate these challenges. Over 80 inspiring minutes, many parents found guidance to regain inner calm, deepen understanding, and strengthen their connection with their children.

Vinschool parents can also join the group “Responsive Parenting” to access practical exercises from the series of skill-building workshops.
