Honoring The Top 100 School Wellbeing Initiatives 2025 – When Small Ideas Spark Big Changes
Recently, the Top 100 most outstanding initiatives from the “School Wellbeing Initiatives 2025” program were honored at the Wellbeing Initiatives 2025 Awards Ceremony, held at the Vinschool The Harmony Primary School Theater. These were selected from over 2,600 initiatives implemented across the entire Vinschool system over the past five months.
All initiatives were initiated and carried out by Vinsers from Grades 1 to 12, demonstrating their care, creativity, and sense of responsibility toward school mental health.
The event welcomed more than 300 students and parents, along with distinguished guests including psychology and education experts such as Prof. Dr. Vu Dung – President of the Vietnam Association of Psychology, Mr. Paul O’Halloran – Director of IMHC, Vinmec International General Hospital, Ms. Ngo Phuong Lan – Miss World Vietnam 2007, and Ms. Tran My Huyen – Miss Humanity Vietnam 2023.
During the ceremony, students, parents, and guests reflected on the journey of Vinschool students in their roles as Wellbeing Ambassadors – from developing initiatives to spreading positive awareness of mental health in schools and communities. In addition to the honoring ceremony, attendees also had the opportunity to visit, interact with, and experience standout projects at the exhibition zone – a space where students confidently presented their ideas and shared the stories behind their initiative development process.
“Through the Wellbeing Initiatives program and my child’s ‘Box of Love’ project, I feel this is truly a bridge helping parents better understand their children, and encouraging children to be more willing to share their thoughts and daily school life. This program is truly meaningful,” shared Ms. Nguyen Thu Quynh, a parent.
“In my 45 years of working in countries across Europe, the Americas, Australia, the UK, Ireland, and Asia, I have rarely seen a school wellbeing program as pioneering and impactful as Vinschool’s. Seeing students become ‘young experts’ spreading positive ideas to enhance school mental health is something I find truly remarkable – not just in Asia, but even compared to my global experience,” said Mr. Paul O’Halloran, Director of IMHC, Vinmec International General Hospital.
Let’s take a look back at some of the most memorable moments from the Wellbeing Initiatives 2025 Awards Ceremony!
