4 technology solutions help Vinschool win the title “Outstanding Digital Transformation Enterprise 2025”
Thanks to comprehensive digital transformation implementation, applying AI in curriculum design, teacher evaluation, information connection, and school psychological support, Vinschool has become the only education system honored as the “Outstanding Digital Transformation Enterprise” at the Vietnam Digital Awards 2025 (VDA 2025) held on October 8th.
Vinschool has deployed four key technology solutions: the school-parent connection app (VOne), the school psychological support app (SWB), the automated teacher evaluation management system (EMS), and the curriculum systematization app (VCM). The synchronized application of these solutions helps the school improve teaching and learning quality, care for students’ mental health, and strengthen the connection between school, parents, and students.

Digital transformation to raise teaching and learning standards
Instead of rigid lesson plans, Vinschool applies the VCM platform to design flexible lectures that closely follow learning outcomes and suit each student’s abilities. As a result, learning is more personalized and effective.
In the 2024-2025 school year alone, nearly 6,400 Vinschool teachers created over 35,000 lesson plans on VCM. In the future, VCM will integrate artificial intelligence (AI) in curriculum design to enhance teaching quality.
Additionally, the teacher evaluation process is automated and standardized by EMS. Data connected from multiple platforms allows for transparent and objective evaluation while supporting accurate and continuous career development plans for each teacher. This improves teachers’ teaching capacity and provides a better learning experience for students.

Nearly 60,000 parents engage in multi-dimensional connection
To strengthen the connection between school, parents, and students, Vinschool developed VOne — a multi-dimensional connection app that allows parents to monitor and actively participate in their children’s learning, easily interact with teachers and the school community. As of October 2025, this platform has over 58,000 active parents.

Alongside is SWB — a school mental health care system that screens risks and connects teachers, parents, and psychological specialists to timely support students. During the 2024-2025 school year, nearly 23,000 students received direct support through this system.

“Thanks to digital solutions, we can closely monitor each student’s learning journey, understand their individual abilities and needs. From there, the school can design personalized learning experiences — even at the scale of tens of thousands of students across the system. Every technology tool developed aims to help teachers teach more effectively, students learn more proactively, and the connection between school and family become closer, seamless, and more effective,” shared Ms. Đỗ Thu Phương – Deputy General Director of Vinschool Education System.
With the “Outstanding Digital Transformation Enterprise 2025” award, Vinschool continues to affirm its pioneering role in educational digital transformation, aiming to build a modern, personalized, and happy learning environment — where each student can develop comprehensively in knowledge, skills, character, and mental health.
