Showcase creative and global thinking abilities through the “Tell Your Climate Story” competition

Tuesday, 08/10/2024, 12:10 (GMT+7)

By taking part in the “Tell Your Climate Story” competition, hosted at all Vinschool primary schools, Vinsers can showcase their creativity while applying the knowledge and skills they have gained across various subjects, particularly in Global Citizenship Education (GCED) and Global Perspectives (GP).

This opportunity enables students to voice their opinions on the effects of climate change on both human life and the planet. In doing so, they will promote messages of environmental protection and suggest practical solutions aimed at increasing community awareness and inspiring specific actions to address current environmental challenges.

Eligibility: Students from grades 2 to 5 from all Vinschool campuses (participating either individually or in groups of up to 3 students)

School-level round: October 2nd to October 24th, 2024
Final round for all primary school students: November 2nd, 2024, organized by 3 school clusters
How to Participate: Students should submit their entries following the guidelines provided by the Organizing Committee at their respective schools. Competition entries should reflect students’ stories or personal perspectives on topics such as: the effects of climate change on human life, flora and fauna, and the planet; stories about “heroes” combating climate change; or the specific actions students have undertaken to help protect the environment. Accepted entry formats include:
  • Drawings, collages, or other handmade creations;
  • Computer-generated posters;
  • Presentations;
  • Research papers.

Vinsers, don’t hesitate to submit your entries to express your voice on climate change and spread meaningful messages about the environment!
