[Wellbeing Initiatives 2025] Vinsers lead the way with 2,000+ cognitive & physical health initiatives
Wellbeing Initiatives – "Happiness for Better Learning" is a system-wide Vinschool program empowering students from Grades 1 to 12 to take charge of their mental well-being.
After four months of implementation, the 2025 Wellbeing Initiatives program continues to receive enthusiastic participation from Vinsers, bringing creative solutions to enhance mental well-being, develop healthy habits, and improve academic performance. With 5,222 registered initiatives spanning four key areas—Emotional, Social, Physical, and Cognitive Health—the program is making a significant impact.
Building on the 2,800+ Emotional & Social Health initiatives previously featured on our fanpage, 2,000+ Cognitive & Physical Health initiatives are now further shaping a holistic approach to student well-being. Among them, 1,000+ initiatives have already been implemented across Vinschool campuses nationwide, supporting students in:
- Reducing stress and anxiety, maintaining emotional stability.
- Enhancing focus and memory, boosting academic performance.
- Improving lifestyle habits, ensuring proper sleep, nutrition, and exercise.
- Strengthening physical endurance, lowering health risks.
- Creating a positive school environment, fostering empathy and connection.
These initiatives range from academic support tools like “Creative Study Box”—where students review lessons through random knowledge cards during breaks—to wellness activities such as “Relaxation Dance”, which combines movement and music to relieve stress, and “Exam Nutrition Plan”, ensuring a balanced diet during exam season. These ideas, along with thousands of others, are shaping a well-rounded school environment where students not only excel academically but also develop sustainable, healthy lifestyles.
“I used to feel overwhelmed by exams and difficult assignments. But through mindfulness and effective study planning initiatives, I’ve learned to manage stress and maintain a positive mindset. This has helped me balance my studies and well-being, leading to better academic results,” shared Vinser Bùi Khánh Linh.
