(1) Students who are biological children or grandchildren of condo or villa owners in Vinhomes urban areas and reside at the same property are given priority enrollment at the Vinschool campuses located in those urban areas, subject to availability.
(2) Students who are children of Vinschool staff members or employees of Vingroup subsidiaries (not included in Group 1) are given priority enrollment at Vinschool campuses with available slots.
(3) Current Vinschool students eligible for transition to the next grade level and Primary Starters moving up to Grade 1 (not included in Group 1) will be placed at suitable campuses based on available capacity.
(4) All other applicants will be considered if there are still available slots.
Requirements for existing Vinschool students:
Students enrolled at Vinschool in the 2025–2026 academic year may advance to the next grade within the same educational stage for the 2026–2027 academic year, provided that they have completed their current curriculum and their parents have fulfilled all financial obligations in accordance with the Financial Regulations for both 2025-2026 and 2026-2027.
Students transitioning to a higher educational stage within the Vinschool system, including Grade 5 to Grade 6, and Grade 9 to Grade 10, must meet the requirements set out in the Student Transition Policy.
Students who wish to transfer to another Vinschool campus will be considered based on the priority enrollment principles outlined above, subject to available slots at the destination campus and the availability of ESL classes appropriate to their level.
Students currently enrolled in the Standard classes at Vinschool Primary, Secondary and High schools who wish to transfer to the Advanced (Cambridge) track must pass the required placement assessment.
II. ENROLLMENT AGES:
Vinschool enrolls students whose ages align with the corresponding educational stages as follows:
Kindergarten: children born between 2021 and 2025 (enrollment for children born in 2025 is available at selected campuses).
Primary school: children born between 2016 and 2020.
Secondary school: children born between 2012 and 2015.
High school: children born between 2009 and 2011.
For students whose age does not fall within the standard range for a given grade or educational stage, Vinschool will review and consider admissions in accordance with the relevant regulations set out in the regulations applicable to Kindergartens and Primary, Secondary and High schools.
III. CLASS SIZES:
Vinschool sets class size limits as follows:
Kindergarten: capped at 15-28 students per class, depending on the age group and program.
Primary, Secondary and High schools: capped at 25 students per Advanced class and 30 students per Standard class (Phu Quoc: 35 students per class).
In special cases, the regular class size may have a standard deviation of 02 but will not fall below the national standards in order to ensure the best possible conditions for teaching and learning.
IV. ENROLLMENT APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. First-time applicants:
Applicants must not have infectious diseases, serious congenital conditions, or special educational needs (as the school’s current facilities and support services cannot accommodate such needs).
Primary school applicants (from Grade 2) must have achieved at least a Completion in academic performance and a Good in personal conduct.
Secondary school applicants must have completed the Primary curriculum, achieving a Very Good in personal conduct and at least a Good in academic performance throughout their Secondary years and in Term 1 for students who apply for Term 2.
High school applicants must have completed the Secondary curriculum, achieving a Very Good in personal conduct and at least a Good in academic performance throughout their Secondary and High academic years and in Term 1 for students who apply for Term 2.
Students who are foreigners living in Vietnam or overseas Vietnamese will be reviewed for enrollment on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the regulations of the local Department of Education and Training where the students register for enrollment.

All first-time applicants must pass the screening organized by Vinschool. Each student has only one chance per term to succeed.
For Kindergarten: the Kindergarten screening aims to record children’s characteristics and abilities for their future homeroom teachers so that appropriate care and education can be provided for their development. Vinschool refuses to accept students who have infectious diseases, severe congenital anomalies or special educational needs as our current care services and resources are unable to support young students with special needs. The Kindergarten screening at Vinschool takes the form of a direct assessment, which includes direct teacher-student conversations and learning games that are appropriate to children’s age as well as conversations with children’s parents and/or direct caregivers.
For Primary, Secondary and High schools: Students will be evaluated in the following subjects:
Standard program: Mathematics, Vietnamese language/Literature, English, Cognitive Abilities Test, and an
Advanced program:
Primary school: Mathematics (Student may choose to take the test in either Vietnamese or English), Vietnamese language, English, Cognitive Ability Test, and an interview.
Secondary and High school: Cognitive Abilities Test in English, English speaking test, Literature, and an interview.

VIII. ENROLLMENT APPLICATION SCHEDULES:
For Kindergarten: Vinschool accepts enrollment applications from January until there are no available slots left.
For Primary, Secondary and High schools: 02 application periods:
At the beginning of the academic year: from January to August, official enrollment in August.
At the beginning of Term 2: from November to December, official enrollment in January.
(1) Students who are biological children, paternal/maternal grandchildren of owners of condos/villas in Vinhomes urban areas and are living in such condos/villas will be entitled to priority enrollment at the Vinschool campuses in such urban areas in case of vacancy;
(2) Students who are children of leaders, teachers and staff members working in the Vinschool system or Vingroup subsidiaries (if not belonging to the first priority group mentioned above) will be entitled to priority enrollment at Vinschool campuses with vacancies;
(3) Vinschool students who meet transition requirements (if not belonging to the first priority group mentioned above) will be enrolled at appropriate campuses based on the available slots;
(4) Others will be enrolled depending on the available slots.
Requirements for existing Vinschool students:
Students enrolled at Vinschool campuses during the 2024-2025 school year will be eligible to attend the next grade within the same educational stage for the 2025-2026 school year, provided that they have completed their current curriculum and their parents have fulfilled all financial obligations in accordance with the Financial Regulations for both the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school years;
Students who transition to the next educational stage within the Vinschool system, including Alvin students to Grade 1, Grade 5 to Grade 6, and Grade 9 to Grade 10, are required to satisfy the requirements specified in the Student Transition Policy;
Students who wish to study at another campus will have their request answered based on the aforementioned priority enrollment principles and the availability of slots and ESL classes matching their levels;
Students who are attending Standard classes at Vinschool Primary, Secondary and High schools must pass the ESL entrance test in order to switch to the Advanced (Cambridge) program.
II. ENROLLMENT AGES:
