[Gearing up for Math Nexus] Secondary Vinsers ready for the school-level round – Sharpening their thinking skills with Math Nexus challenges

Following the enthusiastic response from Vinsers and parents after the launch of two mathematical reasoning challenges for Primary students, Math Nexus now introduces its next set of challenges for the Secondary level. Students may choose various formats to present their solutions: commenting directly under this post, writing their solutions on paper and uploading a photo, or using any other suitable format.

SPECIAL REWARD: In each secondary category, the first two Vinsers who submit creative solutions in the comment section will receive exciting prizes from Math Nexus – a limited-edition 10th-anniversary Vinschool water bottle. The evaluation will be conducted by the Organizing Committee, and the results will be announced in the comment section two weeks after the challenge release date.

Secondary Vinsers are invited to take on the challenge and share their approaches, reasoning, and solutions in the comments. This is a valuable opportunity to familiarize yourselves with the Math Nexus assessment criteria — a competition that values relational thinking rather than simply rewarding instrumental thinking.
